Shipping

Every order is dispatched from the UK by Royal Mail. We pack carefully and send your parcel out as quickly as we can.

UK delivery

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £100. For orders below that, a flat standard delivery rate applies. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
• UK delivery usually arrives within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
• Tracking is provided where available, so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

These are typical timings rather than guarantees. Busy periods and occasional Royal Mail delays can add a day or two.

Delayed or missing parcels

Most parcels arrive on time. If yours has not turned up within a few working days of the expected window, get in touch and we will help track it down.

Email chris@rewnd.co.uk with your order number. We will trace the parcel with Royal Mail and sort things out with you.

International delivery

International shipping may be available at checkout, depending on your destination. Where it is offered, the rate is shown before you pay.

Please note that any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices or delivery costs.
