Who we are

We are supervitality, an online store based in the United Kingdom. We sell wellness and skincare products. These terms set out the basis on which you use our website and buy from us. Please read them before you place an order.

Acceptance

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, so check back when you shop with us.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Where VAT applies, it is included in the price. Prices can change, and we may correct errors at any time. We show product details and images as a guide. Slight variations in colour or packaging can happen.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy from us. We may accept or decline it. A contract forms when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Your card or account details are handled by that provider, not by us. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Food supplements

Some products we sell are food supplements. Please keep the following in mind:

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses.
