How to use it
Take one capsule a day with food.
About this one
A B-complex built from the active, methylated forms of each vitamin, so your body doesn't have to convert them first. L-methylfolate instead of folic acid, methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin, active B6 and active B2.
Why the methylated forms
Standard B vitamins rely on your body converting them into the forms it can use, and not everyone does that efficiently. This formula uses the active forms from the start. It also adds 500mg of TMG and 50mg of magnesium bisglycinate alongside the B vitamins.
